I myself have gained a lot of weight over the past few years. I used to be pretty fit and active. I have really let myself go and would like to get a lot out of doing this. I'm not going to think of this as a diet. I will be thinking of it as a healthy lifestyle change. I want anything I accomplish to last, not just something for the moment.
My Goals for month 1-Febuary
-Lose 3 lbs
-Eat normal sized portions
-Re-place most snacks with healthy snacks
-work out 3-4 times a week
