I myself have gained a lot of weight over the past few years. I used to be pretty fit and active. I have really let myself go and would like to get a lot out of doing this. I'm not going to think of this as a diet. I will be thinking of it as a healthy lifestyle change. I want anything I accomplish to last, not just something for the moment.
My Goals for month 1-Febuary
-Lose 3 lbs
-Eat normal sized portions
-Re-place most snacks with healthy snacks
-work out 3-4 times a week
I will be my own inspiration! Here is a picture of me now and pictures of my old self!
Inspiration!I own plenty of workout DVDS and have many options to choose from. These are the ones I will be working with this month

How do you like the 30 day shred? I was thinking about trying it but want to know if it actually works :)
ReplyDeleteI have done the 30 day shred in the past. I'm not going to lie, I haven't used it this month... I know I need too! LOL! In the past I lost about 50lbs quick! I used other workouts too, but this WILL help you get in shape and tone up : )
