Downsizing our Bootys and Increasing our Beauty.

It's a new year and a new us! A few bloggers/vloggers and I teamed up to do a get fit challenge. This will be a team effort and our goals will be personalized by each one of us. We will create new goals for ourselves every month. As an incentive if each of us reaches our personal get fit goals we will send each other some beauty items as a reward! This is a team effort though so each one of us has to meet our goal in order to get a reward.

I myself have gained a lot of weight over the past few years. I used to be pretty fit and active. I have really let myself go and would like to get a lot out of doing this. I'm not going to think of this as a diet. I will be thinking of it as a healthy lifestyle change. I want anything I accomplish to last, not just something for the moment.

                                       My Goals for month 1-Febuary
                                                    -Lose 3 lbs
                                          -Eat normal sized portions
                               -Re-place most snacks with healthy snacks
                                         -work out 3-4 times a week

 I will be my own inspiration! Here is a picture of me now and pictures of my old self! 

I own plenty of workout DVDS and have many options to choose from. These are the ones I will be working with this month

  3. How do you like the 30 day shred? I was thinking about trying it but want to know if it actually works :)

    1. I have done the 30 day shred in the past. I'm not going to lie, I haven't used it this month... I know I need too! LOL! In the past I lost about 50lbs quick! I used other workouts too, but this WILL help you get in shape and tone up : )
