"What's In My Purse"

Today's blog post will be a "What's In My Purse"!

Okay, so this is a picture of the purse that I am using at the moment. My purse claims to be a "Dolce & Gabbana", but I highly doubt it's authentic. I don't really care if it was a knock off though because this purse is cute! Plus, I've had this for year and she has gone through a lot and has held up pretty well!
This is what she looks like : )
Here is what you would would see when you first open it.
Some cute make up bags, wallet, clutch, and I have a Bath & Body Works anti-bacterial hand gel attached.
Here is what's inside of all that!
The red make up bag has these items in it. Lipgloss, liquid eyeliner, face brush, blemish stuff, tweezers, scissors, and three lash curlers.
An empty sparkly clutch : )
My wallet and another make up bag. That bag contains these items: 3 glosses, lipstick, and an eyebrow brush.
These are just some random things I found looking through the pockets
In another pocket I found these sprays, an oil, and a roll on!
That's everything that's in this most likely knock off bag! : )

LUXX Cosmetics

Today I wanted to show you some of my LUXX Cosmetics with reviews and swatches. I believe that from what I have tried LUXX Cosmetics is a pretty good brand and the prices are fair.

This is what it says on their site:
Introducing LUXX Brand Cosmetics, a complete line for the modern female. Our focus is to provide easy and unfussy cosmetics created to make you look naturally beautiful. We offer a full range of domestic made products from skin care, color, brushes and bath and body manufactured under strict quality control and without animal testing. Our unique range of colors and shades will exceed your expectations. We believe that top quality, choice and unique offerings should not be expensive. You will find that we are reasonably priced.

The one on the top is their Liquid Lips in "Pretty Please". I am enjoying this gloss a lot. The color is very pretty and it smells great! All of the Liquid Lips are enriched with antioxidants A,C, and E. The second one is their Pout Poppers in "Quiver".  They claim that the Pout Poppers add shine, moisturize, and give you fuller lips. For me these claims are true! My lips were instantly fuller, shiny, and looked great! This gloss is also very pigmented and true to it's color!
-The Liquid Lips retails on their site $12.50 and the Pout Poppers retail for $14.50.

Indelible Gel Eyeliner in "Black Cherry"-$10.50
This gel eyeliner is so pretty and long lasting! It's my favorite product by them that I have tried. This stayed on all day long and was very easy to use. It glided on my lids and I created a winged liner look using this with no problems! It's very smooth and a little bit goes a long way! I love this gel liner right now and it is worth the whole $10.50!

Mid-Size Eye Shadows.-$9.50
Sunshine/Bizarre/Thunder
In the swatches shown I am using primer on the top and no primer on the bottom.
Sunshine is a very pretty pinky, gold, coppery color. I use this as a highlight and on the inner corner of my eye. This shadow can be used for many looks. I have also put a clear gloss on my lips and put this on the middle of my bottom lip to add some shimmer.
Bizarre is a great purple and is also great to use on brown eyes. I have created many looks with this just to add that nice pop of color. I like using purples year round, but I have used this to create some great fall looks.  This shadow's pigment is good and is also great for a smokey eye look.
Thunder is a dark grey. The pigmentation is okay. I like that it doesn't apply too dark because you can create soft or dramatic looks with this. It is easy to build on and is also great for your crease or the outer corner of your eye. All these shadows are easy to blend.

LEX Nail Laquer in Cayman Cabana

Now I have extremely short nails. Newborn babies have longer nails then I do. So, I went ahead and glued on some fake nails so I can show you this gorgeous color!
Let me start off by saying that I think the packaging of this polish is so pretty! It's the classiest bottle that I have in my nail polish collection. The color is something that will attract a lot of attention. This is more for using in the spring and summer months, but that won't stop me. It reminds me of a tropical Caribbean color. I do not own any color close to this.

The consistency was very smooth and glided across my nails. Well, across my fake nails anyway. After one coat my nails were covered pretty well, but I still used two coats. The polish wasn't too think or thin. It was just right. There were no clumps to it. It has no shimmer, glitter, or sparkle to it. It's a very almost creamy like color. The drying time was decent and it was very easy to use. I just used this, so I can not yet tell you about staying power or if it chips easily. This is definitely a color i'm looking forward to using more often.

Jingit.com

What is Jingit.com? Jingit is a site that pays YOU to watch short ads! You get paid instantly and load the money onto a Visa card. I am telling you all about it now, because I wanted to test it out first. Honestly, it seemed too good to be true! They start you off at an earning limit of five dollars per week. Your weekly earning limit can increase to ten dollars as you refer people to the site and they use your link. It's a very easy site to use and so far i'm enjoying it. They don't pay you a lot of money but and extra $20.00 to $40.00 a month isn't bad. You need a Facebook account and a cell phone that allows you to get text messages to join. Some people might be iffy about this. They need your cell phone number so when you sign up they can send you a security code. That's it. I have never got another text from them besides this. They need your Facebook because that is how you log it and out, through Facebook. In order to get your card you watch a few videos and pay $2.00 from your Jingit cash. There are no fees with this card besides that. I did receive my card in mail and was able to load money onto it. The money showed up instantly. I went to a few stores stores the other day to test the card out and it worked! I had no problems using it! A new week starts every Sunday so make sure you meet your limit before Sunday to get all the potential earnings. If you have any questions about this site you can ask them on their Facebook wall or ask me.

Milani Infinite Liquid Eye Liner Review

Milani Infinite Liquid Eyeliner in 05 Everlast
Let's just start this off by saying number one, sorry I do not have the packaging still. I held on to it for a while. I believe my boyfriend might have thrown it away. Number two, I got this for free from Milani. They had a promotion their Facebook page if you posted a picture of your cat eye make up they would send you a goodie! Number three, they did not ask me to do this, i'm not being paid, and they aren't even aware that i'm reviewing this. This is my honest opinion!

This is the product description on Milani's website:
Up to 24 hour long lasting formula that wears with comfort and color intensity to perfection. Now you can line your eyes with ease for an all day long elegant glance. Remove with makeup remover.

■ Thin and precise applicator brush
■ Water proof

I'm in love with this eyeliner at the moment! It really is waterproof and lasts for a very long time! I do not have to do touch ups with this eyeliner! This stuff doesn't budge or smudge and is great for those winged eyeliner looks. I'm all for winged eyeliner, and this is perfect for it. You don't have to set this with eye shadow or anything like that either! If your a beginner to liquid eyeliner, I suggest using something washable  on your eyes first, and then tracing over with this. I'm suggesting this because well, once it's there, it's not moving.!

Here is a picture of the actual brush. It is a brush, it is not felt tip or anything like that. When I first opened this, my initial thought was ohhh I hope I can do this. I'm usually not good with brushes like this. Luckily, this was very easy for me to use. I have notice that when you pull the brush out, there is a lot of excess liner on the brush, so you do need to wipe some off. That isn't really a problem for most, but I think that they should have made the stopper or whatever it's called a little smaller.

-This retails on Milani's website for $6.99

Olay Professional Pro X Clear Acne Protocol Review

Secret's Facebook Page had a promotion not too long ago and I had got this great, I believe full sized kit from them! I was so thankful and excited because unfortunately, I suffer from acne, acne scars, and the spots all over your face from acne. I have really bad skin, it's most likely a genetic thing for me. I do try to take good care of my skin, but nothing will ever 100% fix it. I'm just looking for some great improvements!

These are the claims on the back of the box:
-Clinically proven technology to help bring acne under control for a consistently clear, even complexion
-Professionally designed products to reduce the look of enlarged pores and uneven texture in just 4 weeks
-Expert formulation to balance moisture levels and minimize the appearance of oily skin throughout hormonal fluctuations

I have been using this product for about a week now. I cannot show you before and after photos because I did not take a before photo. To be honest, I didn't expect this to work as well as it is for me. The recommended use for this is twice a day. I have only been using this once a day though. This is a three step system of cleanser, treatment, and lotion. The first time I used this I was breaking out extremely bad! I used this at night and when I woke up, I already noticed a difference. The big acne had went down, my skin looked a little brighter, and my skin felt soft! Throughout the week I have seen a change everyday! Today waking up I still have marks but barely any acne! I can cover marks with make up if I have to, but trying to cover up a face full of acne is hard and ends up looking unnatural. I am very happy with the product so far and can't wait until my four weeks of use is up, to see if it really reduces the look of enlarged pores and uneven skin texture. So far, I can happily say it's doing a great job for me! My boyfriend even noticed the change!

This is what the products look like individually:
All of these products have no harsh smell either, they barely smell at all.
                                                  Step 1: Pore Clarifying Cleanser
-2.5 Fl oz. Back of the bottle says: Reduce oil and penetrates pores to help prevent new acne from forming.
-This cleanser doesn't really lather up, but you still do not need a lot of it at all. When washing your face it just feels like a smooth liquid.

                                                            Step 2:Skin Clearing Treatment
-1.7 Fl oz Back of bottle says: Help bring acne under control and prevent future breakouts
- A little of this goes a long way

                                                     Step 3:Complexion Renewing Lotion
-1.7 Fl oz. Back of bottle says: Sheer hydration helps fade the look of spots and redness for an overall renewed appearance
-This bottle come with a cap, I took the cap off to show you that it has a pump unlike the others. This also goes a long way. I only use one pump for my whole face. This really isn't like lotion you put on your body. It's kind of like a serum and it is not greasy at all.

This is a picture of what Step 2 and Step 3 look like outside the bottle.

I did get this kit for free from a promotion. The company did not ask me to do any of this. These are my honest thoughts about the product.

Maybelline Great Lash Lots Of Lashes Mascara Review

Maybelline Great Lash Lots Of Lashes in 141 Very Black
First, let me start out by saying that in the past I have not been a Great Lash fan. It never did what I needed it to do for my lashes. Great Lash is known because it has been around forever! I remember when I was younger watching my mother and everyone else using this.

This Great Lash has improved and personally I think the "Great Little Grabber" brush has been a great improvement. The brush on this mascara has a heart shaped design to it. It's is suppose to "reach every lash with precision for lots of volume from corner-to-corner". It claims to build volume with "no clumps, no mess". This is not a one coat mascara. I have been using around 3-4 coats for my desired look. Also, it says not to let dry between coats. I have tested it out both ways, and if you let this dry between coats, then yeah you will most likely get some clumping. We do not want clumped together lashes : )

My experience while using this mascara has been surprisingly pleasant. I have very short, lets just say not the greatest lashes. The design of the brush did help me grab every lash very easily and provided me with some very good length. The back of the package does not say that it provides length, but for me it did. I had very little clumping with this also. It glided on my lashes very smoothly and gave me a very nice look. It is a washable mascara, not sure if they make waterproof yet, and washed off very easily. I have been using this for about a week now, and I am enjoying it a lot. I experienced no flaking or smudging and got my desired lash look.

These pictures do not do the mascara justice, due to the fact I had to use my webcam for these. (I can't find my digital camera anywhere : ( ....wahhhh.

No mascara or any other eye makeup:

With Greatt Lash Lots of Lashes Mascara only:
This first picture I have it one eye only! I think that's a pretty good difference!
I have not done anything else to my eyes or lashes besides put the mascara on.

Great Lash Lots Of Lashes can be found at drugstores or mass retailers. It's retail price is $6.40. I have seen it cheaper though, specifically at Wal-Mart. I have received this from bzzagent.com
