February Favorites.

I wanted to make this post a little sooner, but life has just been a little bit busy for me. Here are all my favorite products that I was using during February.




                         -Queen Helene Soothing Cocoa Butter Natural Face Scrub-

                         -Peter Thomas Roth Lashes To Die For The Liner & Mascara-
*The Liner is great! I love the felt tip on it. I have been using this almost everyday for my upper lash line and the tip is still in great condition and not falling apart. This liner also last all day for me!
*The mascara is working really well on my lashes. I am very happy with this mascara. I think the combination of using both, has helped my lashes look a lot better!

                                 -L'Oreal Paris Infallible Eye Shadow in "Iced Latte"-
Lashgirl told me about how much she loves these! I went out and picked up this one and I LOVE it! I use it almost daily as a highlight!

                                            -Clinique Moisture Surge Intense-

I got this sample in the mail. It is a pretty decent sized sample and is lasting me longer than expected. I have dry skin and this has helped with any flakes and has kept my skin moisturized.

Target and Wal-Mart Couponing Trip.

I went to Wal-Mart and Target today after I went to the dentist. I got more then what is pictured, but this is the main stuff. Other then this I got a ton of bread items. We have a great bread outlet store here, and I had a coupon! I paid $0.40 for 4 packs of English Muffins, 3 loaves of bread, and some Pita Pockets! Score! I also picked up a few other items at Target. Here's what else I got!




                                         -I got all of this in the first picture FREE!!

-I got everything pictured here for $4.70 after coupons! That's cheaper then one of those bigger Pantene at regular price! Woo-Hoo!

-Everything here came to $6.24! The MIO came to $3.00 alone and the cheapest item here is the can of cat food at $0.02! YAY!

               -So if you think of all of these products at regular price, I got a GREAT deal! : )

Couponing: Wal-Mart and Walgreens.

I did some couponing at Wal-Mart last night, and Walgreens today. At Wal-Mart, I think I did a great job! At Walgreens, I became a little frustrated. I was expecting to get more, but they were already out of everything I needed. I did end up picking up a few items at both stores. Of course with coupons though! Who wants to actually pay full price for everything! Not me, I'm on a very tight budget! I also am not a "HUGE" Extreme Couponer. I take and buy what I know my family will use, or give some items away. With that said, here's what I got.


-Wal-Mart: The total came to about $40.00 and some change before coupons. After my coupons, I paid $3.00 and some change! I think this was a GREAT trip for me. 

-Walgreens: Now these are regularly $6.99 a piece. They were on sale for $2.99 a piece. After coupons I paid $8.00! Now some people get laundry detergent for way cheaper then what I did, but where I live when they come to $1.99 a bottle, I'm getting them! I wish I could have got more, but I didn't have enough coupons . The way I think about it though is that I got $27.96 (with out tax) worth of detergent for $8 bucks! I think that's good!

So if you put these 2 trips together, pretending the Arm & Hammer wasn't on sale. I got about $70.00 worth of product for only $11 bucks! Score! This was honestly a really great trip for me if you look at it like that!

Smokey Eyes With Color.

I'm making this post because when I posted this look of just the eyes, many people liked it. I wanted to let you know what shadow quad I used since it is drugstore and easy to get. All the shadows for this look were from the Maybelline Eyestudio Quad in 20 "Sapphire Siren".  I used all four colors for this look.  Since this look was from the other day, I forgot what other products I used...

The above photo is edited. I did this for fun and to change my eye color. 

I was not planning to make a post about this look, so this is the only full face photo I have.

I did end up liking how it displayed the make up though : )

                  While this is a drugstore product, I personally think these shadows are great!

Couponing Freebies!

Today I haven't felt too well at all. Everyone in my home is coming down with something. I'm not too bad yet, and had to gain some strength to go grocery shopping. I'm not going to show you everything I got, but I spent about $170.00 total. I did get a ton of things without coupons like meat and veggies. I also picked up items for my diet and non-diet items for everyone else. I'm just going to show you what I got completely free with my coupons. Most of these coupons were from online promotions and such. If you are not filling out for free samples and coupons, please start! It has helped me out so much with getting items for my family.

 I think all together these products are about $35.00! That's great! $35 bucks that didn't come out of my pocket! : )

I am in no way a HUGE extreme couponer. I just get what I can and provide my family with the products we need and use. I do have a stockpile, but it is very small.

This wasn't free, but they are on sale this week at Walgreens (in-ad coupons).  I drink these regularly so I picked a few up! : )
